The following are a partial list of software solutions that we have implemented for our clients. Our primary role is that of consultant, NOT vendor. Over the years we have integrated products from many different vendors with Sage Pro and other core products. Most of our customers use Sage Pro as their core application, but we also have clients who use other ERP products and some that have completely custom systems. Our clients rely on our knowledge and experience to make recommendations on software solutions that address real business needs.

Sage Pro (formerly SBT/Accpac Pro Series)
Simply put, Pro Series is the most flexible software package on the ERP arena. The reason is that it is one of the few products that provide open access to its source code. As a result, the Pro Series product line attracts a slightly different breed of client. The clients that we have using Accpac Pro Series are ones that refuse to adapt their business processes to the models dictated by a software package. These clients are attracted to the strong Accounting reputation of the product as well as the options it provides.
The fact that source code is open access has attracted a strong vertical market of Pro Enhancements. Clients are also trained to make many customizations themselves that are automatically carried forward during upgrades. But, what truly sets Pro Series is that it can be customized to fit the special business processes that yours and EVERY business have!
With Pro Series you are no longer have to be tied to the vendor for critical updates, data fixes, or third party integration tools. With our help, and your know-how, you can now run your business the way YOU want!
Manufacturing
Our company has its roots in manufacturing, with our founder David Padgett having working in the textile industry in the 1980's and having developed manufacturing software throughout the 1990's. At GLS, we have created and/or implemented many different manufacturing solutions over the years. Our expertise in this arena has lead other software vendors to seek our design and development services. Since our inception, we have created software for the Concord Business Systems' CMS Manufacturing product line as well as Lahey Manufacturing software. We have also helped implement custom solutions for the Process Pro Manufacturing product and the Sage Pro Manufacturing software.

For our clients, we have integrated order entry systems with the following shipping software.

EDI
EDI has always been challenging because of the loose standard that are used in the industry. Have had much success in helping our clients implement EDI quickly and accurately, avoiding costly penalties. We have integrated with EDI products from Sterling Commerce's GenTran, True Commerce, and Mission Critical Software's EDIJump*Start
Document Management
For our clients, we have created custom document management software as well as links between Sage Pro and Perceptive Vision's Image Now product. The Image Now link allows the client to enter payables in Image Now and submit them to Sage Pro. The client can then access, modify or print the document from within Sage Pro.
